New A&P Models in the Library

Greetings!  Douglas Library is pleased to announce that we have just acquired a small set of anatomical models.  We've obtained a heart, kidney, brain and skull, and we have a muscle man on the way.  Each model comes with a printed guide to help identify different parts of the structure, many of which are numbered so you can test your memory.  Anatomical models can be used in the library for two hours, just like course textbooks.  See our new models on Instagram!

Three Weeks Left!

The staff of Douglas Library hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving break and long weekend.

Just a gentle reminder that the semester ends December 15th - just three weeks away.  Please return books, DVDs and calculators by 4PM on 12/15 to avoid having a hold placed on your account. A hold prevents you from accessing your grades, obtaining a transcript and registering for courses.

If you would like to know what you have borrowed from the library, visit Renew My Books link on the library home page.  Using your CCC username and last four of your social security number, you can see what items are checked out to you, and if they aren't overdue, you can renew them online!

Congratulations to our graduates-to-be, and good luck to all students.  We wish you the best on your future endeavors.

New location of library drop box - Stafford Bldg

Due to the impending renovations in the Moore Building, the library materials drop box has been removed from the Lobby 2 entryway.

The drop box is now located inside the Stafford entryway on the north end of the building.

Please feel free to use it to return books, DVDs and calculators (calculators should be placed inside a padded envelope to prevent damage).
