Need IT assistance? New this semester - two IT interns from CCC's computer technology programs will be available in the
library to assist you with software, hardware and other technology questions.
Keith will be available from 9-1 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Mike will be available from 4-6 on Mondays, and 1-6 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This service will be freely available to students, staff and faculty throughout the spring semester.
Interns can assist you with navigating MS Office 365, OneDrive, ANGEL, Moodle, and the student portal. They can also help you with network questions, laptop and tablet use, and more. Need help with software or printing your documents in the library? They can do this too!
